Will this really prevent Teams and Slack marking me as Away?

Yes. StayAwake simulates activity at the OS level, which keeps Teams, Slack, and similar apps from detecting idle time and switching your status to Away or Offline.

How does licensing work?

After purchase, enter your email in the desktop app. We issue a signed licence that works fully offline for up to 30 days between connectivity checks.

How many machines can I use?

Pro subscriptions allow 2 active machines simultaneously. You can deactivate a machine from your account page at any time to free up a slot.

Is Pro Annual a better deal than monthly?

Yes. Pro Annual costs $39.99/year versus $47.88/year if billed monthly — a saving of 17%. The feature set is identical.

What happens when I cancel?

Cancellation is immediate — your Pro access is revoked straight away. You can cancel at any time from your account page.

What payment methods are accepted?

Can I get a refund?
